Once you are registered on our website, ordering is easy & simple. We have a huge range of men's & ladies clothing, underwear, nightwear & footwear. Select the items you wish to purchase, add them to the cart and follow the checkout options. Prices are only visible once you are register.

We offer 4 payment options.

Purchase Order – Selecting this option automatically gives you up to 4 weeks to settle the invoices after the order date. This is ideal if you require time to organise the money and/or if you have ordered multiple sizes which you will be returning. Once you are happy with all the items, we will then send you a final invoice.

Credit/Debit Cards – Customers can pay securely via card for their purchases. Select the WorldPay option and follow the payment instructions. Once the payment is received you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice will follow.

Cheque – Customers can send us a cheque to settle the invoice. Once we have received your order we will send you out an invoice which will have the details of who to make the cheque payable to and the address.

Bank Transfer – Customers can settle their invoices by depositing the money directly via bank transfer. Once we have received your order we will send you the details. Please put the invoice number as a reference on the payment so we are able to track your payment.


We offer a free delivery service with no minimum order required. Your order will be dispatched within one working day via a courier service or Royal Mail depending on the size of your order. If your item is not delivered within the delivery due date, please contact us and we will check the status of your delivery.

If you are ordering for multiple people going to one location, we will package and label all items separately for everyone and send in one box. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer an easy free returns delivery service. You may return the product within 30 days of purchase providing it remains unworn and has all the original labels.

We will provide you with a pre-paid returns envelope to send the items back. Please contact your account manager to start the returns procedure.

We follow a strict quality control guidance and therefore we offer a full guarantee for every product we sell. If any of our products are damaged in the washing machine or tumble dryer or there are any manufacturing defects we will offer you a no quibbles money back guarantee or an immediate replacement product. All products have a 1 year guarantee.

Every care/nursing home that registers on our site is allocated an account manager. Once you register you will be contacted by your dedicated account manager who will be on hand to assist you with your orders, queries and payment matters.
