ORDERING


GENERAL PUBLIC

Customers have the option to purchase from the website for free delivery to your residential address. All orders must be paid for in full before orders will be dispatched. The free returns service is not available to general public orders. All orders can be returned in 30 days for a full refund however the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.

CARE & NURSING HOMES

We highly recommend all homes register for an account before placing orders. Once we receive your registration, we will set you up with an approved account which will have enhanced features. All Care/Nursing home registrations will be allocated an account manager who will manage all deliveries, returns, payments and queries.

You will be able to place orders via purchase orders meaning you will be delivered the products with free delivery and you can be invoiced at a future date once you are happy to go ahead with the order. We encourage all care & nursing home customers to order multiple sizes if you are unsure on sizing. We offer a free pre-paid returns service for all homes.

If you are ordering for multiple residents, you can enter the name of the resident on the product page. When we receive your order for delivery, we will package the items separately for each resident, so you are easily able to identify which products have been ordered for which residents.

ASSISTED LIVING ACCOMDATIONS

Residents in assisted living accommodations have the option to purchase from the website for free delivery to your home. All orders must be paid for in full before orders will be dispatched. Orders can be paid for on check-out via credit/debit card, cheques or bank transfers. All orders from residents are available for our free returns service.

RELATIVES & FRIENDS

Customers who are ordering on behalf of their loved ones who are based in a care, nursing or assisted living homes can have their orders delivered directly to the home with free delivery. Please specify the residents name on the order and we will organise your order to be sent to the home. Orders can be paid for on check-out via credit/debit card, cheques or bank transfers.

If you would like the invoice to be sent to the home and paid for by the home, please contact us before placing your order so we can verify if the home is happy to pay for the order on behalf of the resident.

All orders placed by relatives/friends that are delivered directly to the home is eligible for free returns.
