PURCHASE ORDER

Order for your residents via a purchase order which does not require any payments when placing your order. Once we receive your order, your order will be dispatched to your home.


INVOICE SERVICE

When your order is complete and you are happy to go ahead, we will send an invoice for your order. We can also send you individual receipts & invoices for separate resident’s purchases.


PAYMENTS

Once you receive your final invoice, we offer up to 4 weeks to settle outstanding invoices. Payments can be made via cheque, bank transfer, credit/debit card.


FREE & FAST UNLIMITED DELIVERY

Order as frequently as you like. With no minimum order, you can regularly order for your residents when they require. Orders are delivered using a next day courier service.


FREE & FAST UNLIMITED RETURNS

Order multiple sizes, colours and styles and return the items no longer required. Our couriers will pick up your returns directly from the home.


ORDER FOR MULTIPLE RESIDENTS

You can now enter the residents name on the product pages which means you can order for multiple residents in one order. Once your order has been received, we will package each resident’s order separately so you are easily able to identify the orders.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

Once your registration is submitted and accepted, you will be assigned an account manager who will be your direct point of contact. They can assist you with deliveries, returns, payments and any other queries.
